DETROIT—November 16, 2020 — UHY + Signature Associates are pleased to announce the formation of a strategic partnership beginning this year. Each firm will be relocating their Detroit offices into the historic, class A high-rise at 230 E. Grand River Ave in early 2021.
The newly renovated office is located in the district known as “Paradise Valley” and is within walking distance to the Detroit Athletic Club, Comerica Park, Ford Field, Little Caesars Arena and Campus Martius Park. The space, owned by FIRM Real Estate, will include rooftop access and covered, secure parking for employees. Bill Kingsley, office managing partner of UHY Detroit, will be leading the downtown practice.
